He has spent 12 of these years in Credit Risk Management roles at GE Capital, Standard Chartered Bank, and Deutsche Bank in India. Vikram has a philosophy of "lending for actual, pre-determined usage" and has developed a lean risk management and credit operations outfit that dedicatedly focuses on client monitoring.
